WHO CAN ENTER

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over at the time of the promotion, except employees and immediate families of Kansom Australia Pty Ltd (the Promoter).

2. For the purpose of this clause, “immediate families” means any of the following: spouse, de facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, or first cousin whether or not they live in the same household as the employee or contractor.

3. The time of entry for each Entrant for this competition will be the date and time that an eligible order has been placed on the Kansom Australia Online Store (www.kansom.com.au). The date and time information can be located on your order invoice.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize. Proof of identity, residency, or entry validity suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

HOW TO ENTER

1. This Competition is a game of chance.

2. To enter, the Entrant must make an online purchase of AUD $100.00 or more, excluding shipping, at the Kansom Australia Online Store (www.kansom.com.au) during the competition period to obtain a valid entry.

3. All valid orders will be automatically entered. Entrants will be entered into the competition based on their Billing Address details provided on their order purchase. Any Entrants who do not wish to enter the competition, are required to notify us via email (orders@kansom.com) before the competition ends at 11.59PM (AEST) Friday 13th December 2024.

4. 8. Any entry cannot be modified after it has been entered.

9. Any costs associated with entering this Competition are the responsibility of each Entrant.

DRAW & PRIZES

1. The Competition ends at 11.59PM (AEST) Monday 16th December 2024 and The Prize will be drawn electronically at Kansom Australia Pty Ltd.

2. The Prize is not transferrable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if the Winner is unable to use. In the event that The Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute The Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value.

3. The Winner must be ready, willing, and able to receive and/or participate in The Prize as required by these Terms and Conditions. The prize will be automatically posted to the billing address listed on the Entrants winning order.

4. First Prize: The first eligible entry drawn will win The First Prize as described below. The Promoter will draw three (3) reserve entries and record them (in order drawn) in case an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn as a winner.

9. The Winner of this Promotion will be notified by email to their nominated email address by Thursday 19th December 2024.

10. The corresponding First, Second Prize and Third Prize will be posted by to the winner’s billing address as per their entry between Wednesday 18th December 2024 – Friday 20th December 2024.

11. In condition of accepting a prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and cooperate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and filmed and the Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive licence (if applicable) to use, and continuously releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any use of, such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, and the Winner will not be entitles to any fee for such use.

3. The promoter may continue to provide the Entrant with this information for an indefinite period unless and until otherwise advised by the Entrant.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any later, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alternation, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them. 2. The Promoter and associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

4. Any disputes relating to the conduct of the promotion or the claiming of a prize are to be resolved by the Promoter in their absolute and sole discretion and subject to applicable law or direction of a relevant authority.
